This Moonlit Messenger owl shaman drum is painted to order, making every drum a unique original. Inspired by the design shown, each piece is individually hand-painted by me, so no two drums are ever exactly alike. Your drum will carry its own subtle character while staying true to the original artwork.
In folklore and shamanic traditions, the owl is a symbol of wisdom, intuition, and the ability to see beyond the ordinary. A silent guardian of the night, it reminds us to trust our inner knowing and embrace the mysteries that often reveal themselves in the quietest moments.
Bathed in moonlight with wings outstretched, this owl flies through a deep blue night sky, carrying messages between the seen and unseen worlds. The small fox below represents adaptability, curiosity, and cleverness, while the spiral moon reflects life's continual cycles of growth, change, and renewal.

Each drum is carefully packaged and sent via tracked and signed courier delivery.

Drum Care
Your drum does not require oil, as the artwork is protected with a light varnish.
Avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, which can dull the sound.
If the drum loses tension:
• Lightly mist only the inside of the drum with water (never the painted side).
• The skin may wrinkle — this is normal.
• Leave it to dry naturally overnight to re-tighten.
